Quality picker #6

selfisekai has already added support for playing separate video+audio in our player, so implementing a qualitypicker shouldn't be a problem.

Currently, the player just defaults to the highest resolution it can find, but apparently has some bugs (sometimes chooses old format 22, even though there are better alternatives? To Be Debugged)

The quality picker should include separate lists for audio streams and video streams. VP9 and H264 streams should not be grouped - user should be able to pick both quality AND codec.
