[peertube] circumventing status visibility and censorship via pleroma instances #3

While logging in to the instances (see #57 #58) can allow extracting videos that require logging in, Pleroma instances can fetch some remote content from PeerTube successfully, like this: https://donotsta.re/search?query=https%3A%2F%2Fpolskijutub.mkljczk.pl%2Fvideos%2Fwatch%2F6ef1fc41-5722-4f0b-a73d-05172e2e95e5

In this case, Pleroma returns just metadata and original URL to the mp4 file, but some instances use a media proxy, which may be a fine way for censorship circumventing.
