create a simple webpage about haruhi-dl, with latest release information, download links, information for new users (especially these switching from ytdl; what got changed over the upstream) and about new features, like playwright
handle automatic release updates with gitlab webhooks https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/project/integrations/webhooks.html
provide a simple API for haruhi-dl to check for the newest release
use the API described above to check for hdl, and not ytdl releases - 3bb3d99229/haruhi_dl/HaruhiDL.py (L2310)
